Kate had a broad commercial law, common law and white collar crime practice. Kate is regularly briefed in employment disputes, including restraint of trade and confidential information matters, medical negligence claims, liquidator claims and coronial inquests, and appears (led and unled) in the NSW Supreme Court, Federal Court, NSW District Court and the Coroner’s Court of NSW.

Kate acts for a broad range of clients, including private and public companies, insurers, government agencies and financial service entities.

Before being called to the Bar, Kate was a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team at King & Wood Mallesons, where she worked on financial regulatory, commercial, class action and pro bono health law matters across a range of courts and tribunals. Kate was also Associate to the Hon Justice Payne of the New South Wales Court of Appeal from March 2016 to June 2017.
