Susan Cirillo has recently returned to the bar after practising as a Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons and then as a Special Counsel at Henry William Lawyers. In 2009, she was an Associate to Justice Bell of the High Court of Australia.
She has a broad practice focusing on corporate and commercial law, insolvency and bankruptcy, trade practices, building and construction and administrative law.
Recent Cases:
In the matter of Trinco (NSW) Pty Ltd (in liq) [2025] NSWSC 993 (unled; successful claim on behalf of liquidator for $10 million in insolvent trading debts)
Liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation.
